Tri-Phase was called for an emergency response project at a healthcare facility. A visitor to the facility had driven into the hospital mistakenly and caused damage to the exterior and interior portions of the room. Tri-Phase immediately responded and dispatched a qualified crew on site to begin the rebuild work. Tri-Phase brought on a structural engineer to assess if there was any structural damage and to follow their recommendations on how to stabilize the structure of the room until it was rebuilt. Accordingly, Tri-Phase set up shoring as per the Engineer’s recommendations and followed IPAC procedures for the entirety of the project. Once the area was cleaned up and shored, Tri-Phase began the rebuild of the room and area. The rebuild work included reframing the interior of the room with studs, insulation and drywall as well as its patching, priming and painting. Rebuild work also included installation of new flooring and electrical work. On the exterior, Tri-Phase supplied and installed new windows to match the pre-existing as well as rebuilt the brick frame and structure.
