Tri-Phase demolishes portion of Pickering Town Centre!
Tri-Phase was pleased to take part in the revitalization of the Pickering Town Centre mall located in Pickering, Ontario. The scope of work included interior and structural demolition services to the former Sears store and entire east wing.
The scope of work included the demolition of approximately 280,000 square feet which was comprised of 30 stores, multiple escalators and elevators and 2 mechanical rooms.
A challenge within this project was to separate the area of the structure that was being demolished from the area that was to remain. Tri-Phase carefully separated the area without damaging the occupied wings of the mall.
Tri-Phase was happy to complete another great demolition project!
