Tri-Phase was retained by a private club to provide asbestos abatement and interior demolition services at their establishment on Toronto Island.
Tri-Phase’s scope of work included asbestos abatement of three buildings as well as the interior demolition of selected areas within these buildings. Tri-Phase also provided all restoration required including drywall, mudding, painting and flooring.
The work also involved the removal and disposal of two underground storage tanks (USTs) from a fueling station located near the lake as well as excavation and disposal of contaminated soil. As part of this work, Tri-Phase also supplied and installed two new above ground storage tanks (ASTs) along with their substructure pumps and connections.
Tri-Phase completed the project on time and within budget.
