Tri-Phase was retained to provide demolition and construction services on a large military base.  The scope of work included the deconstruction of the pool and single story change house as well as the construction of a new storage building, a single story wood frame structure (1,500 sq ft).

Prior to pool and building demolition, abatement of lead paint and asbestos from the building and underground steam pipes was completed under Type III procedures.  As part of the new construction, Tri-Phase excavated for footings and foundation walls, placed footings, foundation walls and floor slab and framed and erected the building.  In addition, Tri-Phase installed concrete sidewalks, a paved driveway. As well we supplied and installed all electrical and mechanical systems and restored all disturbed areas.
