Tri-Phase was retained by a consulting firm to provide mould remediation and clean-up services at a curling club in Toronto, ON.
Mould removal occurred on the interior surfaces of the wood roof structure and some structural support beams at the curling rink. Mould was removed using dry-ice blasting in order to preserve the structural integrity of the surfaces and allow for subsequent application of mould resistant sealers and/or paints/stains.
All mould remediation activities were conducted in accordance with Level III precautions as outlined in the Mould Guidelines for the Canadian Construction Industry.
