At Tri-Phase, we are committed to the well-being of our employees, clients and the general public. We take great pride in our dedication in exceeding the most demanding environmental and industry safety standards. This is made evident not only through our exceptional safety and compliance record, but through our COR™ certification which we proudly and persistently achieved. The COR™ certification represents that Tri-Phase has met critical health and safety industry standards and that we have a strong implementation of our health and safety management system. This COR™ certification is a true reflection of the devotion to health and safety from not only our health and safety department, but from all our Tri-Phase employees.

Our employees are trained in every facet of our services including but not limited to HAZWOPER, asbestos abatement, mould abatement, confined space entry, high-voltage electrical safety, fall arrest, aerial work platforms, transportation of dangerous goods, emergency spill response, and many others. Our employees routinely update their qualifications and training to ensure they are up to date with the latest health and safety regulatory requirements and changes in the industry. All new and current employees will take part in regular safety orientation sessions that outline our policies and procedures as well as any updates to our health and safety program.

We employ full-time health and safety specialists and coordinators who have developed and are responsible for the overall implementation of our health and safety program. This team provides routine safety meetings prior to the start of each workday, and constantly monitor the projects as they progress. They visits job sites frequently to ensure the proper health and safety standards are being exceeded and they ensure our employees have the necessary training and education to complete all projects safely.
