Tri-Phase Group was retained by a healthcare facility to provide emergency response and rebuild services for their location. There was a flood that had occurred and affected over 5,000 square feet of space. As a result of the flood, mould began to grow on the drywall walls. Tri-Phase was contacted and immediately dispatched a qualified crew to provide flood clean-up, mould remediation and rebuild/restoration of the affected areas. Tri-Phase first began by cleaning up the excess water and drying what was possible. Tri-Phase then began to provide Level IV mould abatement by removing all the affected drywall, ceiling, and flooring. Tri-Phase had to remove old electrical conduits and install new data and electrical boxes with outlets and switches as part of the rebuild of the room. Tri-Phase then had to rebuild the entire affected drywall walls and ceilings. This included patching, priming and painting. Once that was done, Tri-Phase had to install new vinyl flooring with 6 inch black baseboards. Once the room was rebuilt and restored to its pre-existing condition, Tri-Phase handed over the room back to the healthcare facility.
