Tri-Phase was awarded a contract by a utilities company to recycle concrete and wooden utility poles generated from the GTA. As part of this work, Tri-Phase responds to their various locations to collect the requested poles promptly. After picking them up, the poles are transported to our yard for processing and recycling.
For the concrete poles, Tri-Phase utilizes our own concrete crusher, a powerful machine that processes and crushes the poles into materials that meet granular B specifications. This crushed material can then be reused on-site, allowing us to operate efficiently and meet the environmental needs of our clients.
For the wooden poles, Tri-Phase also owns and operates a mulcher and sawmill. The wood poles are first stripped of any metal, staples, nails, and other debris. They are then recycled using our mulcher to create wood chips for landscaping projects or processed into various sizes of lumber with our sawmill.
